Company Background

CitiAc Management Consultancy Limited was founded in November 1985 and incorporated in Hong Kong by Peter Cheung, a highly respected Hotel Financial Controller who has career spans over 40 years, having worked with KPMG Peat Marwick, The Mandarin Oriental Group, Peninsula Hong Kong and The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. In 1993, Peter left The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong to devote his efforts in developing his own company. In 1999, F & B Accountancy Limited was formed specializing primary and catering to independent restaurant operators' accounting needs. In December 2007, CitiAc Management Consultancy (Shanghai) Limited was set up in Shanghai to serve clients of bars, restaurants and other various kinds of business there. In March 2013, CitiAc Corporate Services Limited was established in Hong Kong, focusing on providing clients with services such as setting up companies, company secretary, registered address, and visa application etc. Our Hong Kong Trust or Company Service Provider License number is TC002875. In 2025, CitiAc Management Consultancy (Shenzhen) Limited was established, specializing in providing services such as company formation, financial accounting, and business management consulting for various local industries.
